The company’s activities will provide benefits to those that identify as part of the Black British, African American, African, and Caribbean Communities. As a company committed to diversity, inclusivity, and equity, we recognize the lack of representation of these groups in the rapidly growing fields of Metaverse and Immersive Technology, such as Augmented/Virtual/Mixed Reality. To address this issue, we have developed a comprehensive initiative centered around 5 Pillars aimed at supporting and upskilling communities in these areas. This includes but is not limited to persons within these three stages of personal progression:

- Students in higher education, university, and graduate alumni.

- Early Career Individuals seeking more training in the Sector.

- Individuals seeking to switch career lanes into the Sector.
